This is a larger than normal pine blanket box. Prefect for storing extra plumped pillows and winter ready quilts.
Of course it could have a million other uses too but i'll leave that to your own imagination.
This is a typically well made solid pine blanket box with a strong structure and base and has the handy addition of 4 original brass castors.
As with much of my work I followed the process of using original recipes to create the paint and processes to age the finish with lovely crackles and worn away areas leaving an authentic look and texture of paints from early 18th century or older.
The inside is lovely and clean and required only very light sanding to make ready for whatever you are going to store.
