A very sweet metal bistro table from the South of France covered in the most delicious timeworn patina.
Over the years it has quite visibly been painted numerous times in greens and creams. Most likely to refresh its look for each passing summer, and the resulting colours are a real eye feast especially with its natural rusted discolouration and flakey finish.
Dated around the late 19th possibly early 20th century this would have been a simple yet stylish addition to a private garden or maybe even outside a cafe.
A sweet little table that would be well suited to outside or inside in a living room or hallway to create character against a more contemporary space.
